Why are you wasting your time?

"needle in the haystack". (not needle in the ocean... so stupid people, don't learn the wrong idiom)

I realised that each night before i doze off to bed, i have inspirations for points to make on my blog. But when i'm sitting right in front of my laptop, all the ideas just sound stupid, or i've simply forgotten about them.

Oh.... just recalled my point that flashed across my mind before i fall asleep! ::: Blogging is actually such a silly thing to do.

Like wasting your time trying to act smart and to entertain people, or tell others about your life. how great your love life is, or how pathetic you are being single. (an excuse for blogging: "i want to remember these moments of my life". yeah, right)

I know i'm contradicting my very own actions, but as ALL OF YOU ALREADY KNOW, i really have a lot of time on my hand. so, i can't wait to get busy so i can stop all these nonsense.

It also tells us how boring our lives are, actually. Like, why would 20,000 people read xiaxue's blog daily?! she's not even a superstar.... nor a local celeb to begin with (ok, she's now like a virtual celeb, thanks to blogging, no less.)

According to my brother (who doesn't even know who xiaxue is), he has more important things to do like clipping his nails, watching the water boil, or digging his ears etc, than to read blogs and to actually write them! (it's like double gosshhy! -- so bimbo right? :p)

SO, kaypoh or people who have nothing better to do, really, just poke their nose into other people's affairs. as if it makes you smarter or feel better. they do nothing at all, oh well, if i were to credit blogs i read, it's for that mere moment of entertainment. (and for providing me distraction during commercial breaks)

HOWEVER, i do think readers just keep going back to xiaxue becos she actually does entertain. like... cheap entertainment laa. like some people get thrill reading her go fucking all around (I MEAN, she uses the word "fuck" many many times..... not the action itself!!) BUT i do enjoy reading her juicy entries, cos it's far better than reading blogs that are so dry that even the Sahara has more water content.

That's why i applause smart blogs. Blogs that truly entertain.... that are witty and in some point of time, even make sense (considering how people nowadays never really do make any sense). and i think there're actually less that 5 blogs that i actually do read, almost as a ritual.
